dOc ! The village idiot's idiot Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 30,424 Florida STAYcation	There are a couple of places on eBay that handle TORQUEY A engine cams. I wuld check there. Probably better than a yesterTECH 2 bbl cam.

It averaged 23mpg. 1968 Valiant Signet 4dr. 273 4spd 1969 Road Runner 383 4spd 1969 Barracuda 318 auto 1970 Dart Swinger 340 4spd 1975 Cordoba 400-4bbl 1988 Caravelle 318 Auto 1999 Dakota R/T 2000 Viper GTS 2001 Ram 2500 Diesel 6spd 2018 Dodge Challenger GT (Winter beater!)

It averaged 23mpg. That's good mileage. Are you sure your gears are 2.76, and not 2.93? The only reason I say that, is because the 1968 Plymouth Data book says that 2.93 gears are standard for Valiant 273-2 auto. I don't know if the book is accurate, or maybe sometime in the model year they changed to the 2.73 gears. Thanks.
