Buddy has a 2006 PT vert. Is running aftermarket 17" wheels and tires. When driving down the road he sometimes gets a shimmy when he hits a bump. Sounds to me he's getting some steering deflection. Is there a kit that ties the front end together or is there a sway bar made for the PT's that addresses his problem?

Look for worn parts, Bent wheels, tire and wheel run out and lateral movement, balance and alignment.

The most common front end problem on them (have not had this myself) is the lower ball joint.

Yes, I see a lot on the internet that addresses lower ball joint problems. I just found a TSB that addresses a problem with the struts. There was a suspension recall for 2005 and 2006 Cruisers
