1973 Mopar OP member 1 Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 14 TN	I have to replace my rear main seal and the directions say to put the paint stripe towards the back of the car. Does anyone know what the paint stripe looks like? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,041 Lincoln Nebraska	I think the stripe is yellow or white but if you put the lip forward you'll b correct as it is the dam that blocks the oil from going rearward live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
