Hey Guys,
I am going to get a new set of Upper Fuel Lines (Fuel Pump to Carbs) for a '70 440-6 setup. I noticed there are two choices for the stock setup look - Aluminum and Steel.

I believe my existing lines are aluminum (is this how they came from the factory?). What are the advantages of using steel lines -- I imagine they are stronger... any downsides? What do you guys recommend?

And are these stock-style lines (with the brass "T" connectors) the best way to go for a six-pack setup or have some folks used other setups they like better?

Thanks a lot!

Stock ones are steel. I would want as stong as line as I could get in the area. The weight savings is only a couple of ozs., if that. Why go with aluminum??

Yes, just plain old steel, as were all Mopar hard fuel lines. Stainless steel is a common upgrade but not considered OE correct.
