RangerDan440 OP I Live Here Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 12,861 Gloucester,VA STOP MOVING HERE	I have a 68 RR and Im trying to figure out what wheels it probably came from the factory with, just out curiousity. The fender tag is coded for F70X14 Redlines, blacked out hood and Decor Package but the fender tag doesnt say anything about wheels (no build sheet) So given those codes, would it most likely have come with steel wheels and dog dish hubcaps or maybe Magnum 500s (Road Wheels)?

FWIW, my 68 Coronet R/T was built on the last SPD (July 15) and it came with 1969 Magnum 500s with the chrome trim rings and I have a friend with another late build 68 Road Runner that also has the 1969 wheels with seperate trim ring so some late build 68s came with those wheels. My RR is a May SPD so it would most likely have come with the chrome, non-trim ring wheels. So I figure if my RR had Magnum 500s, this is exactly what it looked like when it was new (its a UU1 post car) plus hood blackout 6552984-68plymouthroadrunner2.jpg (85 downloads)
