Welcome to MOPARTS & thanks for serving!! If steel - the air cleaner was used by the factory on '70-'72 440 3x2bbl cars. The engine could be from just about anything, 1st start by getting the numbers off the top pad on front of the block.

Depends on what you mean by better , what part ? The block , the entire engine itself ??? Blocks are basically all the same , HP doesn't make a difference when it comes to blocks , just some of theparts that were used , depending on the year , HP vs NON HP .
