Some other things to note from their web site, "Racers Handbook":
All pit vehicles must carry a NHRA NED pit vehicle sticker. To obtain a sticker, the owner must complete a special waiver and pay the proper fees ($10 for the year).
The use of any temporary or permanent shielding, including paint, that obstructs the driver’s vision that is attached to the helmet, window, windshield is prohibited.
I assume the class rules (except ET cut-off as noted on the flyer) will be the same as their regular bracket races, such as:

No electronics (throttle stops / delay boxes / transbreaks) are permitted.
No rear-wheel line locks. A two-step is permitted as a high side rev limiter only.
No Dragsters, Altereds or center steering roadsters permitted. Side steer roadsters are permitted only if they have fenders.
Drivers/racecars running elapsed times of 9.00 – 9.99 seconds must have a NHRA license, membership and all equipment per NHRA rules and regulations and a SFI chassis certification.
All drivers and race cars must comply with NHRA rules and regulations.
tank tops (bare torso) are prohibited in all classes.
