ok so today is a nice day...took out the 68 vert cleaneed her off and figured id take it around the block to get it moving again...when I parked the car in november I drove it into the garage, stabilized the fuel, unhooked the battry covered it and off for its winter slumber. fast forward to today get it running took it out and first stop has a wicked pulsation in the pedal. It did not have it in the fall. its got factory disc brakes off a 72 charger in the front, I put on wagner rotors. They cost like 150 ea so not the cheapos...I dont have an explanation, everything looks good no rust or fluid loss or anything. Weird part is this is the second time this happened after sitting for the winter. It happened 2 yrs ago I changed the rotors and it was fine, last winter it stayed in a heated shop all winter...any ideas?

Going to have to machine the rotors, check to see if the brakes are draging making the rotors overheat.

Before you machine the rotors, remove the wheels and check the rotors to see if there's an image of the pad on it. It sounds crazy but the same thing happened to me and I was told that some disc pads will leach the bonding material onto the rotor if they aren't burnished properly when new. The car sits for awhile, the rotor gets a stickey spot, when the brakes are applied they grab that spot harder than the rest and it feels like a warp! If you drive your car often the pad doesn't get a chance to leach.
If you have a spot on your rotor, just go over it with emory paper of fine sand paper, rough it real good, both sides, spray it with Bra-kleen and it should go away. It's worth a try, it worked for me.
