Ok only got a weekend to get th is car sorted out. Got the traction control completely disabled by turning the key while rolling.

But it throws crazy numbers 14.05 one pass 14.6 next pass no crazy tire spin. It just feels like its pulling a bunch of power out of it at times off line.

Though ts

I race with a slew of them, 5.7's and 6.1's in our "Car Club Challenge". This picture is maybe 1/3 of the "Mopar Drag Team" all new LX chassis cars save for my dart and the occasional other old iron.

All of them turn T/C off, but the majority also have Drag radials. None of them are that consistent, swings of .05-.1 from run to run are common place even with identical weather conditions. The computers making changes on the fly and that hurts them.

Gotta try to be consistent as always, if you stage at a high temp or on a really hot day the car will pull timing during the run to keep itself from detonating. Easy first mod most do is a lower temp thermostat to keep them away from this point.

www.lxforums.com Is the place to go for questions regarding those cars.

Auto?

My SRT is auto and it loved the preditor. That's the 1st thing to get and throw the 93 octain program in it. Next is the Tstat. That makes the shifts alot better, I guess the cooler fluid makes more line pressure. I also have a CAI from mopar but it was worth a tenth at best.

Good luck on getting it consistant cutting a light. I can get double ohs then hundreds lol. Fly by wire is fun lol.

I have almost 70 runs on mine and know it's going in the 12's like it sits with stock tires. Have fun with it. Everyone at my home track could not beleave it went 8.24 when it flashed on the scoreboard. LoL

these cars really like cooldown time it shows up in tenths.

The traction controll really kills ET and it don't really help consistancy. At least that's what my SRT does. I can disable mine 1/2 way or fully off. Sub two sec. sixtys only come when it's off and in autostick.

Here I'm in the far lane against a vett with a ton of bolt ons.
