The pistol grip looks so much better in there. I also have to say , I learned a valuable lesson this week with aftermkt shifters.( it's a comp plus under the boot and with a stock handle) Seems there is a plate that sandwiches between the shifter body and the mounting plate on the trans and it WILL prevent you from getting reverse, trust me. 6615229-5.02.5.JPG (35 downloads)

gtx6970 OP Too Many Posts Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 21,427 It's a dry heat	Another issue I was worried about was the accelerator pedal to heal pad position on the carpet, another long known issue with ACC carpets . But I believe it's about as close to factory stock one can get. Overall I have to say the carpet was a real pleasure to install. Then the exterior will be done. We ran into a leaking brake valve when bleeding the brakes. The new one goes in today and if the weather holds out maybe I'll take the 1st 'test' drive.
