I think it's the smaller of the 2 , do you have the convertor ?

You DO know that the 727 was available with different sized flexplates, right?
The LOW stall versions were huge, to accomodate the larger converter. The factory high stalls that I have seen use the smaller plate.
In this case though, I would lean toward using the smaller one. Compare the plate to the pattern on the converter to make sure that the 4 mounting bolts line up.

Also most after market converters use the small plates.
