What sources have the pre-bent brake lines available seperately,
without buying the kit? I know of only one. I bought a rear axle set
for my '69 dana, the drivers side fit great, the pass. side end
at the junction block was bent at the wromg angle (not even close).
After correcting the bend, the tube is to short, it no longer runs
level along the axle housing. I'm looking to try a different brand
of tubing.

Are you using the correct "Y" shaped tee that bolts to the housing at a 45 degree angle?

You have the wrong tee if it is "V" shaped or if it bolts on perpendicular to the housing tube.

'68-'69 Dana 60 brake lines are "stop sign shaped" by the cover. If they have a large, smooth radius by the cover, you have '70 B-body lines.

I'm using Fine Lines RRA6601SS. I ordered the CORRECT block from Year One
for the '67-'69 Dana, MTB2. It sets with the inlet about 45 degrees toward the pinion flange. Tried that today and it looks like the pass.
side will hook up (when I get the new replacement line), but now the drivers
side is off by about 45 degrees. How many different conbinations are
we dealing with here? Anyone know??

I see the problem.

Your brake tee is correct but RRA6601SS is listed as '66-'70 B-body Dana 60 axle line set, which can not be correct because...

'66-'67 B-bodies used 1 line
'68-'69 B-bodies used another
'70 B-bodies used another

I bet you have '70 lines that use the "V" shaped tee.
