All the NOS fenders will come with no hole for thew antenna...Service parts were stamped for up to ten years after the model year...Instead of having to fill a hole its easier to cut it out obviously...There is a special rubber plug for the inner fender if its without radio too..Year One sells them..And even if it was without radio the speaker was still installed in the dash..

1972 Road Runner / GTX 440 4spd Dana 3.54 Just about to turn 26K original miles..

A boat, a GMC truck, some Craftsman Tools, LOTS of Zombie Protection, and a few Goldfish..

If you love someone set them free..
If they come back it means nobody else wanted them either..!!

Maybe parts books would clear this "hole" thing up about replacement fenders, plugs etc..

My '74 and '79 Dodge Vans did not come with radios and there is no speaker in the dash. They are RV cutaways though. My '78 D150 didn't come with an radio or an antenna. Someone added an aftermarket and put the antenna on the windshield pillar. No hole in the fender.

My '64 Dodge wagon did not come from the factory with a radio but the dealer installed one when new. It's go the correct AM radio and speaker and antenna but they put the antenna on the driver's side fender. No hole in the passenger fender. Maybe the Coronet with rear mounted antenna was a dealer installed setup as well.

Funny, my 1968 Dodge Dart project is a radio car but there is no antenna or speakers. It's on the fender tag too. Strange

1970 E-bodies with no radio still got the grille in the dash pad, but it had a black cardboard insert under in instead of the speaker.

Wow, I just realized how stupid I was. It was on the front passenger side quarter panel, not the rear. I walked right past it. Duh!!!

They (GM) worked great with an FM booster. My older brother had a 72 RR and no radio, BUT!!!! it did
have a kick A$$ 8 track! I don't know how many times I ran the battery dead listening to the Stones, or Cream. Radio sucked back then anyways.

OK, so the tag on this car shows no radio, so It just wasnt ordered with one correct. It wasnt deleted?

St. Lois built car , pretty sure it should have been on the tag so ...

You can NOT delete an extra cost option , so yes it was NOT deleted it was just not ORDERED.

So to be right the fender needs to be welded up and the speaker removed from the dash.

My GTX had the antenna hole drilled way out of proper position. I could barely reach it to get the base out of the fender while I was working on it. I have no idea if the fender was ever replaced or not.

OH MAN! that is one cool car! I learned to drive with a 3 on the tree. Alot of kids have never laid eyes on a car with it.

this is what my dart sport came with. a plastic plug where the antenna would have been.
