nice work! I just did what Andy recommended and I think I'll have plenty of clearance. it was just a pita getting the pan to clear that second lip.

I just finished building a jig for mine tonight. plan on hacking it up tomorrow. should be pretty cool when its all done

Kyle, Do you use a engine leveler on your hoist? I borrowed one to install my 408/727, it worked great.

Nope chain only. The original pan modified in '84 that was deepened 2.5" I never had a single problem putting in the engine and bellhousing together which probably was 15 minutes. When I went to put this 364 in with the Moroso pan it took a LONG time and I actually had to slightly pry on the front of the pan to get it past that lip. Shouldn't have that problem anymore though.
