For a cpl hour ride I would say no it isnt. Sorry too say that as Im from Pittsburgh. Just too much junk there anymore. I look at the pics my father took in the 60's and its hard to think its the same show. All kinds of junk there. Except for the Bob George cars, if they are there this year. Thats my 2 cents worth. See ya, Ken
Ken,we opted not to attend the show this year. With the recent bad weather, crazy busy at the shop and the BS from last year getting the cars there and back the risk wasn't worth the effort. They wanted the Dart to be there but it just wasn't going to happen this year, last year we had 14 BGR race cars at the event.

We opted to sit this one out, as well. The weather has been really bad up here on the mountain, and trailering the cars off of it would have been risky, a risk no one was ready to take. Add to that the show will be breaking down just in time for the traffic for the Steeler-Jets game across the road, well, it would have been a zoo getting in and out.
Someone said there were not many race cars this year??

Bob, yeah I weather is quite thwe issue now!! As for the ones that are going hope you guys checked out the Speed Week cars. My Buddie Jeff Lutz is there w/his 57 Chevy. He built this car top to bottom. It runs a Musi 596 w/twin turbos!!! Quite the street/race car. It will go 7 flat @ over 200mph. She's an awesome car even if it isnt a Mopar. Bestof luck to all involved. See ya, Ken
Ken,sorry we missed the show, but with 6" of new snow, single digits,Steelers game, busy at the shop and the risk of losing or damaging the Dart,I think Donny and I made the right decision.I heard about Jeff's car"WOW".Our best to everyone,be safe.

My wife, daughter, and I went Saturday afternoon. I thought it was a good show. My favorite car there was a certain black 68 Hemi Charger . I almost entered my Dart this year, I am glad I didn't because of the weather Thursday. There were lots of nice cars, but one thing I just cannot understand- what is the big deal with Rat Rods? Most of those things are the biggest pieces of s*** that I have ever seen. My wife looked at me and asked, "don't they require pictures of the cars upon registration?"
