If I had a wedge on the street, the Indy dp would be on it. 3/8 line wouldn't hurt.
I have an Indy single plane on my 512 wedge now with a Quick-Fuel 1050, but it is getting the Indy DP soon. The single plane has a very slight stumble between 1800 and 2200 rpm that I can’t tune out. Above 2200 response is instant. I have tried different shooters, changed timing, and adjusted everything on the carb. I believe the plenum volume on the SP slows the velocity down to much to much for low RPM operation. I have a Gear Venders on my car so it runs in the 1800 to 2200 rpm range most of the time when I don’t have my foot in it. Save your self a lot of frustration and go with the Indy DP intake.

You have a monster. At least 3/8 maybe 1/2. Single plane for sure, MP M1 maybe. One of the reworked Holley clones (not sure which brand, I'm not a holley guy)

I ran the Holley SD on my 499 for a couple of years before I went to the -3 Indy. Worked just fine on the street.
You will definitely need 3/8 line if you are making good HP. The heads may limit that a good amount.
I still ran into occasional fuel starvation at the track with 3/8 hard line. It was going to be a major pain to run 1/2. So I ran 3/8 hose and reamed all the fittings out as much as possible. I have been running this set-up for several years now. No problems and plenty of fuel to the carb.
I run a mechanical pump that is backed up with an electric one, that is triggered by a switch on the secondaries of the carb. Works great for street/strip.
Master, again and still

The Holley SD will work well with what you have and fit easily under the hood. At your power level, I don't think that there will be much differencr between it and the 440-2D. If you have some left over space between the hood and air cleaner, add an open spacer. The added plenum volume will pick it up a little.
It's not just the fuel line size, it the whole fuel delivery system so its hard to tell. If you have 4.5 psi at the carb at the top of the rpm range you'll be okay.

Indy must be proud of that intake(kinda spendy compared to a rpm)
Try hogging out another brand dualplane to max-wedge ports and then tell me if the Indy isn't the better deal!
