Yea just messin" I have a full shop too. So I know how easy it is to fill one up when you are into cars. I would love to build a new bigger shop. However I'm pretty sure the local athuority would make me tear down my current one and I'd end up with a net gain of just a few hunderd feet & spend all that money & time.

From my old shop to the new one I gained 350 sqft but
the old one was ready to FALL over... plus I went taller
to put a hoist in.... I really like my shop but I
wanted it 2000 sqft and its only 1140 now

couldnt you buy a couple blocks closer to detroit for like $5 and build a realy nice shop?

I know Im just razzin them guys I thought after seeing your old shop you would have been fine with room with your new one. But I guess what they say is right " if you build it bigger you will just need more room anyways"
