Muscle era numbers are not available, but on that you should be able to get something from Chrysler Historical.
I don't know why you would want a breakdown that deep (all the options) unless you wanted to call it a "One Of XXX" which really isn't as big a deal back then when the options list was long and stuff wasn't grouped in packages like now.
You can try looking in the Standard Book of American Cars book, but those numbers have been questioned as a good source.

The Standard Catalog of Chrysler says 7,789 4-door HDTP's were built.

You'd be better off asking in the resto or general section, street rods generally are pre 49, but we usually can cover any flat head powered Mopar, which a 61 Newport isn't.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be a Smart A. I don't have anything close to a Hemi cuda either!
I would still suggest contacting Chrysler Historical. They have sort of survived all the ownership swaps, but any business would help them remain viable. Too bad there isn't records for the 68-74 stuff, they would be busy!
The Imperial club is a good web resource for info. Even if they don't have stuff for your model, they do have a lot of mechanical stuff.

I don't think any of use were trying to be a pain, just trying to point him to better resources. To be honest, I don't know of many street rodders that are into the numbers game, I ain't.
