But I am working on a possible-purchase of property in the West-Coast central location of FL ... VERY near Bradenton. ONE 5 acre parcel is 4 miles away .. the other is ON HALF mile away ... and the GulfoMex is 15 miles away ... In either case .... I will have an RV pad or two for driveway-"visitors".

Numedia is 30 miles but drive time is about 1 hr. Maple Grove is about a 2 hr 30 min ride. In PA there is no real good way to go NW to SE or any other way for that matter. You have to drive around this to get to that. Or drive all the way up here to cross this river or ......
