Exciter72 OP member Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 106 West Central Wisconsin	I was asked if Husrt 4 speed and top loader style shifter rods were the same (72') for a A 833 A-Body trans. I thought not from various reference pictures, but I thought I would ask for another opion. Tony

The 833 has the reverse rod that goes under the crossmember... The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
