Looks great!
Someone sure took on a project converting that to a 2 door!

By the way, how'd those headers fit around the p/s box?

Maybe a little shove from a breaker bar and the hot wrench will do the trick.

I can't imagine the amount of looks that thing has got to get when you're out driving around!

It gets a lot of looks. Thing is, I can't tell if it's horror, disgust or admiration.

Scott,

I had some high school friends who took the plexyglass wind guards on the front of their car and truck hoods and painted words like Ditch Bi-ch and Black Bi-ch on them. It's my suspicion that the looks that they received were more of disgust while the looks that you get are mainly awe with a tinge of horror mixed in (both are favorable in my book).

Keep rolling on your custom resto project!

Brian

Cool project , A friend of mine did one a few years back , though he didn't turn it into a hard top and he kept the rear windows .

Thanks! Been getting stuff done. Just gotta get more pics this weekend. The car is running but the headers are still open. Gonna start on the exhaust Saturday.

Thanks for the kind words. Here are a couple update shots. Still so much to do but it is running and driving.

Scott,

I just can't help but smirk with each additional post that you make regarding this project. Now that spring is here, you can hopefully get that great machine prowling the roads and make the local police a little nervous.

Keep up the pace,

Brian
