Yea I was absolutely wrong in how I approached the math. I've seen the light praise Moparts! LOL!!

I was going to draw it out which would have shown me the error of my ways but now it clicked in i don't have to!

O.k. I think Im going to destroke to around 3.60 for 2.20 chev 7.1 rod. I think I can get real close to a zero deck ,with a 12.5 piston . This will let the head breath....like a hemi head should. I should be able to find a 12.5 piston with a pin height thats close , and stroke the crank to fit .
