Thanks MickM, I really like how it came out. Now I'm struggling with getting the exhaust apart. I'm going to change the Dynomax Super Turbos for a similar sized set of Hooker Aero Chambers. They should sound good with those through the valence factory style 3 inch tips.
I got enough of the exhaust out to start working on pulling the trans in the AM. I'll try to shoot a few more pics of the old stuff coming out. There's a good dose of gear oil on my scatter shield, so the street Twin is getting shipped out to McLeod for a rebuild, just in case. It hadn't slipped yet, but with the gear oil from the old trans being so close to it. I didn't want to take a chance.

Update!!
I was called by Jamie today and mine is ready just paid for the rest of it. Can't wait to see it next week thanks again Jamie!!! 
So he is up to number 27.......is it only 2 a month???
Jamie--can you confirm how fast you are getting these out the door so those of us who are waiting have a clue??

I will translate: Get used to seeing tailites like these if you have a Keebler tranny- if you have a kiesler snake charming transmission in your car all you will see are taillights like those in the pic The transmission nazi contacted me today . Delivery to Carlisle .. Didnt ask what number i am or was. i just moved over in line. i do not know what my number is. Translate - Jamie called, said pick up your trans in Carlisle. Because some of you like to whine about the output of this wonderful product and other trivial matters you make it look like Jamie is not working hard and holding off on delivering transmisions when in reality he is working his !@# off... Give the guy a break, until there was Passon Performance there was no reliable 4sp re builder that could produce a vibration free, quiet, A833 4 speed that would safely go 130 mph on the road course. Now he comes out with a 5 speed and there is more whining instead of gratitude.

 Relax - 383 - just pickin on you . I hope the tranny works for you. Yes it was an easy alternative . But theres already another post somewhere on the board about the tranny you bought. Im sure the market will be saturated soon with his 5 speeds that will actually work . I cant remember if i asked him to put me on the list 4 or 5 years ago . In my situation it fit my schedule . I only bugged him a couple times to check schedule. ( couple times a Year  . If i woulda went with another brand - something tells me i woulda been still debugging it for as long as i waited. Sorry, i guess only a few could translate my post . I didnt expect everyone to understand the joke . And i dont speculate that Jamie picks and chooses whos getting one. Thank god someones taking their time and Checking twice before shipment of a product .

Just an FYI: The 5th gear is engaged/disengaged using the reverse lever. An efficient, clean and insightful way to set up the shift pattern to be sure. The only downside to this method I have found so far, is that the nefarious factory Reverse Lock-out will no longer be able to be used, unless you want to forgo shifting into 5th, as it does still bolt up with the correct swivel, but won't allow it to move towards the 5th gear engagement position.
It's not that big of a deal to me to because I gain a 5th gear. I can't even remember all the times I wished I would have simply left it unhooked, as every once in a while it could be a bear to get it in or out of reverse. I'm surprised it was so tuff sometimes and easy as pie most of the time.
I stored all the stock parts along with the numbers matching transmission down in my basement with it's numbers matching block for the day I want the car to be underpowered, ill-handling and unable to stop well.
You know, all original for some museum somewhere. I when I finally start to loose it, and my ability to drive a 700 hp e-body on the street, I might even become one of those part number searching fanatics who look for the correct date codes on everything regardless of how well it works on the car.

So far I've got around 3 hours drive time on the new unit. I'm also breaking in the rear end gears and the clutch. It's hard to stay out of it, but I am behaving.
The trans runs very, very smooth. The shifting felt a little notchy at first, but as the time and number of shift cycles increased, the easier it is becoming to shift. It is breaking in very nicely. I have no doubt it will just continue to improve as I get more miles on it. I love the lower gears around town and then being able to cruise at 70 mph at 2150 rpm. It's worth every penny saved and spent. Thank you Jamie!
So far I have a little over 125 miles on it 2/3 street light to street light and about 1/3 highway time on it.
I check the trans, rear end and other parts of the car with my laser temperature gun, and everything is staying cool, even the rear end.
Today, on the way to a car show I had my MSD Blaster coil fail and leave me stranded on the side of the highway. I got flat bedded home, checked the coil with an ohm meter and found it out of spec according to the MSD troubleshooting page. It was only 2 months old, and mounted near my horns far enough from any excessive engine heat.
I put a spare coil on at home and it fired right up. Summit is going to warrantee the bad coil.
Once it's fully broken in, I can hardly wait to wring this thing out through the first four gears and somewhere deep into 5th. Fear of death will kick in somewhere up at the speeds the car is now capable of with that overdrive and keep me from finding out how fast it can really go, at least I hope so anyway.
