Hey Jamie when your new 5 speed is release will the B Body trans be availible? Didn't know if you were doing one style at a time.

At this point, it is likely that all three will be at the same time

Hey Jamie, I know you're working on B-body bench seat fittment (which is what my '71 RR is). Will I retain the stock "dogbone" bracket to bolt to the front mount? secondly, forgive my laziness, but will there be a pistol-grip available for the new mechanism? Lastly, are you taking deposits? thanks!

I am still working on fitment using the stock dogbone mount. This is to keep the shifter in the same spot. you have a pm.

1) Currently there are 128 people on the list. I am not quite sure yet how long to clear the backlog.
2) Once we are ready, we will be calling everyone that is on the list to get specifics (bearing retainer size, press in or bolt on shifter handle)
3)We will be having more than a cursory discussion. This is a fair amount of money, therefore, I want everyone's questions answered before taking deposits.

Press in or bolt on? Please explain, the only ones I remember seeing were the bolt on Hurst style.

As for bearing retainer size - I need a bell housing also, prefer SFI style like the Quicktime, so you will have to tell me. I would also need a recommendation on the clutch actuation mechanism(s). I have a stock set of pedals for this car, but that is all the parts I presently have for the conversion. I am getting ahead of myself, these questions can wait.

At this point, we are waiting on bearings. I am using this time wisely to get everything else in order. We are planning on starting production beginning in May.

I am also very curious as to when this will come out. Had a Keisler 5spd. in the chicken for years, but this looks to be a good alternative.

Other than I am now residing in a padded room? No. We are still waiting on shifters and one of the bearings. We have started assembling what components that we can assemble though.
We will have display units at Carlisle.
