i'll ask again, anyone care to guess so how fast can you/would you go on some of these cast old school wheels. i realy dig ET Wheels Five Window/ high angles.
I know of some gassers going 9.0's and 9 teens (not mine....I wish...lol) leaving 3 feet in the air off the line with those wheels and no problems that I know of

I really think if the old satin Cragar Super Tricks were brought back they would sell like crazy. I for one am tired of what's out there.
Although the Centerlines are nice I'd really like to get some virgin Super Tricks.Mine are over 30yrs old lol. I can't stop drooling over that pic!

This picture is probably 1996-1997. These were 14" SB pattern wheels. The fronts were Indys and I think and the rear were a different brand. I think I was into a set of 4 for $50 or around there. Then a friend of my dads gave me another set for the rear that were an inch wider(14x8) for free. So I had an extra set for my slicks. Lack of a good DOT tire and the want for better brakes moved me to the large bolt pattern and I traded these wheels off to a friend. I would love to have another set of 15" slots for my street setup. EDIT, I remember the brands now. The fronts were shelbys and they were more of a rough cut and didn't polish up as good as the rears. Both sets of rears I had were US Indys and polished up real nice as they were machined alot smoother.
