I have a racer acquaintance that tells me that Before I put nitrous on my car.

That I should install a trans brake.
It sounded complicated.

I want to do all the work myself, can I do this with a little tutelage from an transmission man?

Also a 2 stage plug that goes in the bottom of the MSD box.
I presently have points?
Should I put an electric distributor first.

This is going to be a pro street strip 72 Cuda.
Slightly confused

You would need to move the vent for the brake then
install the valve body per the manufactures instructions
BUT you really dont have to have it.... I would get
rid of the points... there are kits to change it over
