Got a pair of 28x10x15 M/T ET slicks..i measured the hole with a depth gauge and came up with bacisally 3/16 depth..is that good or junk?They came in a trade so i am not out nothing if they no good..thanks

Tread depth is not a good indicator. The age of the tires and the stiffness of the sidewalls will determine how much hook you will get.

If they are less than 2 years old I would mount them up and give them a try.

There very soft and and look good..thanks for the reply!I just assumed thoses were wear holes to determine use time..thanks
