Yes, and it was another 1968 Hemi rear carb just like that one is

I've also seen a number of (mostly 64-67 carbs) that the stamp ALMOST missed and was located down low near the mounting surface so all you see are the VERY tops of each number. Seems they aimed some kind of pneumatic stamper at the pad and while actuating it they simply missed and sent the carb on it's way.

The first thing I would do would be to check the numbers on the booster assemblies, jets, and metering rods. It may have all of the correct internals in it, and those are the parts that make the carb a 4621.
