How do you wire up a neutral safety switch. Or should i even bother with it.

There's a switch on the clutch pedal that grounds the starter relay when the clutch pedal is depressed. I disconnected it because I don't like the idea of all that pressure on the crank thrust bearing when starting a cold engine. I don't think there's an easy way to wire up a neutral safety switch.

On my 70 RR I uninstalled the clutch switch, grounded the starter relay and put the switch on E-bay..

They are selling for $150 if in good condition..

Just my $0.02...
