I built my entire cage and it has a lot of bars and I only used 1 hole saw blade and it will still cut I just used plenty of cutting oil while using.

I have The 'OL Joint Jigger from Dale Wilch sales - Has been used for 6 cages and still going strong.
Use a quality hole saw , keep it lubed and keep the bushings lubed on the arbor.
They offer a ball bearing model for more $$
Same one I use... all I cut is moly so its a little harder on the blades but if you keep it lubed I can cut a whole chassis on 1 or 2 blades(good quality ones)

Has anyone used the hole saw style notchers for fish mouthing round tube? Thanks
They work great. I've done several cars and 4x4's with the cheap harbor freight model (hundreds of cuts). The bushings in side finally gave up the ghost, but it was well worth the $40<--??? I spent on it. Keep the bits lubed and they last forever. I've used the Home Depot, Lowes, and cheap Harbor Freight bits with no issues.

We used something called the Little Jigger. Got it from Summit when we were building the Moly Tube frame.
Went through 4 cutters through the whole project. Always keep the blades lubricated and they will last.
Hey DJ I will call. Just had a busy couple weekends.

Maybe he likes to hear it squeal?? We used lenox blades, I killed the first one not keeping the tube tight, after that, the second one cut all the rest of bars. John
