66' Belvedere convertible. On a "FULL" undercoat does the whole floor pan get coated? Where do I stop in the engine compartment? Want a low maintenance car. Bottom was blasted and sprayed with 4 coats of Zero-Rust. Thanks

almost the entire floor was undercoated , under the gas tank was not since the gas tank and all the lines and such were installed before undercoating. As far as where to stop up front, right at the seam where the firewall meets the floor pan.

The K fram would not be in the car at undercoating

Not really sure, do you want a factory look ?

The cars were sprayed by a human standing in a pit, no 2 are the same, I would just run straight across from the firewall seam back.

Good to know JohnRR. Were the brake lines and body plugs in at this time too?

Yes, all that stuff was installed prior to undercoating. I assume the undercoating was sprayed very shortly before the "body drop" phase of assembly.

resto rick has an assembly order on his web site that shows about 48 step (things installed) before undercoating
