i am getting ready to put my interior in and opened up my body plug kit and there are different plugs (plastic and rubber)i think if i remember right the plastic ones are the floor pan ones and rubber ones go in the trunk? there are also 2 that are flush the kit has a few extras also thanks artie

I think the floor pan gets the rubber and the trunk could have both plastic and rubber.May vary depending on body style though.Someone else here may be more certain.

There are no extras, lol It's a process of elimination. The flat metal ones go under the back seat.

If it's a '68/'69 B-body then the two flush plugs go on top of the rear axle hump, the plugs that on the passenger side is partially under the metal fuel tank vent line.....pretty easy to figure out as they are the only two holes that size up there.
