was at a show today, and noticed a puddle under the car. is that me? yup. bummer. nice crack in the tank, dripping onto the ground.

seems to not be so bad when cooler and no pressure in the tank, but it is old and banged up, and shot.

who makes the best tanks these days?

thanks

Get a Spectra premium
They are made in Canada and are a great tank.
The rest are made over seas who knows where.
I just got one for my Challenger for $150.00
up here where they are made they want us Canadians to pay $550.00.
They say there is market to sell to in Canada so they jack the price so there never will be.
Oops sorry to rant, I slipped.
I did a bunch of asking and looking around before I bought it and it looks great.

I bought a tank for mine for around $150 a few months ago. Go on ebay and search for a seller by the name of fmmpar. He's got a ton of feedback and he sells the made in Canada tanks for cheap. Shipping price is very reasonable as well.

I have two tanks of this brand and they both look great. Fit right in no problem. Both are less than a year old so I have no long-term info, but they sure were great bang for my buck!

Ebay from a guy named rdl0303, i can,t tell if he stocks tanks as a reg sale item, but just do a search for your tank it should show up somewhere.
just be sure to ask where it's made and if it's a Spectra tank.

Why? I've bought two tanks from him, both are good. Communication was good with him, shipping price was fair. I don't see the problem? Does he have some kind of history of screwing people over or something?

While alot of his prices do seem way out of wack, they weren't on the gas tank I got from him for my Roadrunner. I found it on e-bag and I asked him where the tanks were made. He got back to the same day to say they were made in Canada. He had the best price and shipping was reasonable. The shipping was also quick.

Try this site and see if they have the tank for your car.

www.quantaproducts.com I've bought tanks, sending units, etc from them and have been extremely happy with them.
