I'm buying parts for an auto to stick conversion on my '70 Dart and found a brand new Quicktime bell for sale, but it is pre-SFI approval. Anyone know if there is any meaningful difference in the earlier version? I don't plan to race the car except for maybe and occasional test and tune run, I just like my feet.

Some see the glass as half empty, some see the glass as half full. I just drink straight out of the bottle.

Hmm, not sure if it's the same one I'm thinking of, but I know quicktime did a run of non-sfi bellhousings. The reasoning was the non-sfi ones lacked the bolts on the bottom of the bell that bolt the bell to the engine plate. For extra ground clearance on the street if memory serves.
