340SHORTY Truck Nut Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 12,291 Kent, Wa	there are 2 styles of lower hinges on the 71/72 Bs #1 is the coil spring style, when the spring and arm go bad its junk. throw it away #2 is the wire spring style. this hinge is used on all B bodys from 71 and up. the 73/93 trucks use the same hinge also.. I am truckless..
