...stainless steel is just mild steel with nickel added,which is just as soft as mild steel.
..other than preventing rust they should install just like regular lines...be sure to start them square and properly seated.

Stainless steel lines are much harder than the OEM stuff.

Once installed, the brass seats become distorted.

i am surprised no one mentioned inlinetube.com. are they that bad??. Bought a replacement fuel tank from and it seemed there site had a ton of brake and fuel related items and they also did custom work as well.

I bought from In Line Tube for my 69 RR and some of the lines for my '68 Barracuda. Great product, had no problems. Both gas tanks came from them too and are very nice. I'd buy from them again.
