Which Max Wedge underhood bracing is correct? #790347

I'm doing a loose clone of a maxie but would like to get it as close as possible in some areas.

Which brace is correct? Angled or straight cuts? Was the reinforcement for the center scoop bolt factory as seen in this shot?
