How necessary are these when reinstalling the torsion bars? When I pulled the t-bars off my '71 Charger, there was a dust boot on one side only, and that one was just dangling on the bar. Are they critical or can I put it back together without them?

If I have to put them back on, where can I locate another one?

Thanks

They are available new but are only sold in pairs as far as I know. I only need one too.

One seal in regular Mopar OEM replacement parts,
is part number 02071173 and it's readily available.

However, watch out for the price....44.85 retail.
For ONE.

kinda like headlights to me. Replace both at once since the older one will likely fail soon.
