Were the lower a body control arms different? Would one off of a '66 Barracuda work on a '72 Dart??
Yes. With sway bay and without.
The 66-76 NON sway bar LCA all interchange
The sway bar LCA's go from 66-72 and then another from 73-76

At the very least, that should be 63-76 non-sway bar and 63-72 sway bar.
And I'm pretty sure the 62 A body LCA's are the same as 63-72. Now, 60-61 are different.
Also, a non-sway-bar LCA will fit in place of a sway-bar LCA (and vice versa), if the presence or absence of a tab, or its location, isn't an issue.
