Does anyone know a part # for an 18 spline input shaft seal? The seal catalogues don't always cross the Chrysler part # over and I need one Wednesday.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thnaks
Sheldon

Thanks guys it's been a fun couple of days. The computer listings at the two parts stores here hooked me up with the wrong seals twice. I finally got a guy to cross the Chrysler # and got one from 700 miles away for the princely sum of $35 but it fits and it's in.
I then decided it was a great time to put in a new speedo cable as the clip was broken on the 37 year old one in there now. So again both parts stores hooked me up with parts with wrong ends, both were different though.
Then I told the key puncher at the one store I wanted a big u-joint for a 71 Runner, so his listing shows an outside clip U-joint, when I told him I needed a 7290 series joint he didn't have the slightest clue what that meant.
I've sold this car and just want to make sure it's ship shape when the dude picks it up. I can hardly wait to sell the other one and get out of this hobby. Might as well play with offshore cars to start with, the way this hobby is going. I guess parts numbers and specs get messed up when translating from english to offshore languages.
