Been letting mine die from fuel starvation, then crank after a few seconds to fire off the last of the fuel dripping from the lines. Not totally satisfied I am getting all the moisture out as noted by the cylinders/rings. What is your method, and ring cylinder wall life?

I pull the barrel valve about 3/4 shut. Run it cycling the water pump and fan to build some heat near 200 degrees. Then close the barrel valve all the way, let it die from lake of fuel then I pull the breathers and any valve cover vents and let it steam out. Seems to really help..

I've always just got the motor up to 180 and water and alcohol will evaporate out on it's own.
So on my last pass I will cycle off the water pump and fan to get the temp up over 180 when I get back to the trailer. Make sure that I get it aligned with the trailer so I don't have to start it again after I shut it off and the oil look as clean as the day I put it in.
I used to change my oil a lot because everyone else did but now I'm using synthetic oil and I haven't changed it yet this year and I probably won't. I will change the filter a time or two, cut it open to make sure everything looks good but the oil can't be broken down, I doubt 300 passes is equivalent to 500 street miles. (sorry not sure why I got off on that)
