Howdy all.
Has anyone had any trouble with ebody door trim chrome strips/window seals popping off when you wind the window up? If so how did you fix it? Wondering whether to cut the chrome strip from the seal & attach the seal to the door frame seperately. These seem to be new door trims also.
Thanks,
Bill
Cheers,
Bill

Yes, I do on the driver's side. The front wants to pop off if I try to roll it down or up without holding onto the trim. It was real bad when first installed, but after a year it has kinda molded into shape and now holds better -- more of a minor PITA.
I haven't tried for a permanent fix yet. I think it's just a matter of adjusting the door glass to not put so much pressure toward the interior side. At least that's the assumption I'm making after comparing its operation to the passenger side (which works fine).

And finally, heres one of the donk. Its still apart at the moment getting a new cam - Lunati Voodoo 513/533, hone, new rings, bearings & an airgap manifold with a 750 dp. It will be a tuff streeter. I still want to be able to go for an hour long drive down the track for a counter meal at the pub though. Should be ready in a week.
