scrag OP mopar S Joined: May 2005 Posts: 476 Mount Airy, Maryland	I am trying to test a 360 and see if it is a good engine or if I need to bebuild it. I do not have a transmission for it but have the Torque Converter and flex plate. Is there anyway I can test start it with out the 904 being present?

chache876 pro stock C Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 1,371 Costa Mesa, CA	the starter mounts to the bellhousing so you'd need to fab up something that will put the starter in the correct spot to engage the ring gear on the torque converter.
