Sorry for having to ask again, but I couldn't tell from the darkened photos posted in the most recent threads on this subject.

For the inside seat tracks (next to hump):

1. The tallest end of the base goes forward?

2. The flat side of the base goes toward the hump, with the concave side facing inward?

3. The hook that the wire attaches to faces inward and points in the same direction as its corresponding outside track adjustment lever hook?

I'm finishing my interior and the seats are being done now. Car was apart when I got it. Pulled out the seat tracks to blast and paint, but they didn't look right. Bought another complete set, but it looks the same way! Appreciate any close-up photos you might have.

Thanks Nick, but I had studied your photos from when you posted them before and couldn't quite make out the details I inquired about. Mostly, I just need to know about the inner track (next to the hump).

1. Does the tallest end go toward the front or back?

2. Does the flat side go towards the hump or does it face inward (under the seat)?

The reason I ask is that when I layed out my parts, the driver's seat was still hooked together by the adjustment wire, so I'm pretty sure that assembly is correct. But if it is, then my passenger seat inner track looks to be incorrect because it is not a mirror image (adjustment wire was disconnected). Might have been replaced. And the second set I just bought are identical, so maybe I'm just not seeing things correctly...

Here's a closer pic of pass/rh inner track...

Looks like the slide and the track are equal length, so from the pic of the pass/rh side below, the inner track's flat side is towards the hump and the concave side is towards the rh door.

If you can put the pass/rh seat together with these pics - with the adjuster for the slide on the side and out board - then the driver's side will go together no problems. The rh and lh tracks are not a mirror image of one another...

Don't be shy if u still need more info or pics.

Thanks Nick... that confirms what I am seeing here. Wonder why they used the same lower piece for both the driver and passenger side inner tracks? I would have expected them to be mirror images of each other.
