I have my car all loaded up and ready to roll!! Looking at the weather forcast and the listed highs are in the low 80's!!! I will take that and run. Usually, this event brings in over 100 cars and it is the crown jewel of the FAST racing season. I made this race back in '03 and it is one of the 2 race dates that I negotiate the Kitchen Pass for! East bound and down, loaded up for Martin!!!!

We're looking forward to the race. Should be a blast.

I`ll be heading out there Thursday morning to start setting everything up..

Regretfully, I have to report that my car will not be at the Martin FAST event this year. I am just getting the motor together and it should be on Scott Koffels dyno in a week or two. (I hope to post some before and after numbers here on moparts). May have it at the Nats this year but that track is not likely to produce any personal bests, let alone in mid August.

Several small blocks will be running in the factory stock ranks. The best car show you will ever see!!!!

Brian (F1Scamp) has a 71 Duster 340 he just finished (and is still working the bugs out). I assume he plans on having the car there. His dad has a yellow AAR also and it could show up.
