AeroMonte OP master Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 6,427 S.E. Missouri	A friend of mine has this cab from a 1951 American LeFrance fire truck. I keep looking at it and can't help but think this would make some kind of cool project. Kind of like what Mopar Ron does. He wants to sell the thing so give me some inspiration. That front end hangs way ahead of the front axle, looks like it might work as a car hauler but can't think of any other use, unless of course you thinking of going into fire prevention.....Gene

RodStRace I Live Here Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 12,481 Chino Valley	wild and crazy thought; Set it up like an old fuel coupe, with the body covering the rear tires and a frame and engine sticking out the front. another It would have to all be oversize like the roadsters the guys have built out of fire trucks and tank engines before. Or a motorhome chassis with a rollback, bed or a ramp on the back.
