I have change seal on my AAR TA power steering gear box and found out that the cross shaft diameter is large 1 1/4 inch .I know the TA gearbox had different ratio but had it also larger lower pitman shaft? In the manuel barracudas had 1 1/8 inch in 1970.

I have been researching gearboxes for my B-Body and found out that up to 1972 they used the smaller pitman shaft and 1973 to 74 used the larger pitman shaft. Hope that helps.
