70RRJim OP member 7 Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 67 NY, Monroe County	I am putting the glass back in and attempted to tint last night and ruined the tint in the curvature. Tore it out and may attempt again with a 2 pc installation. I wanted to tint before I installed the glass, my thought is this will be alot harder once installed becuse of the space constraints. The other option is driving the car to a tint shop once on the road and paying for it. Anyone try this themselves or any tips other than diving to the tint shop. thanks

Kirby pro stock Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 1,527 minnesota	Bring the glass to a tint shop. I've tried it on easier windows (less curve) and its a b!tc#. I think they use a special material too.

hooziewhatsit master Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 3,886 Oregon	I don't think I've ever seen a stick on tint job that turned out well Some friends had their windows tinted (some kind of spray on thing), and only cost a couple hundred for the entire car. If you ever find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.
