It's an older engine dyno simulation software package originally sold by www.motionsoftware.com and now marketed by www.proracingsim.com AKA Comp Cams. It does an OK job of detecting trends in engine performance by changing cams, carbs, heads, etc, but I wouldn't count on it to be an exact representation of a given engine. All models have their limits, and it's not just garbage in, garbage out.
