Im converting the brakes on the front of my 67 charger from power drum to manual disc and I got a c body master cylinder and wondering what rod I run in there.

Slip the rod on the pedal and poke it out the firewall and measure how much sticks out.

poke something in the master and measure the distance to the mounting flange.

If the two are the same you're good to go. Otherwise you'll have to either lengthen or shorten the rod.

You can make your own adjustable with a connector nut. Cut the rod around the middle. Thread both ends. Put the connector nut on one end and loctite it on (or tack it). Put a locknut on the other end before you thread it into the connector nut. Voila ... adjustable brake rod.

Just use the stock rod for manual brakes if you can find one or get the adjustable one.I have that master in 3 early B bodys.No problems and thay are and were all manual brakes.Have that master on a 62 300 with power brakes and the rod for it works also.Rocky

I bought an adjustable rod when I did this, I just can't remember from whom. Maybe Magnum Force?
